Does SSC need a photo upload?
No — the SSC application captures your photograph live during form filling, so you do not upload an existing photo. Remove caps, masks and glasses for the capture.
Is my photo uploaded to a server?
No. The image is resized and compressed inside your browser, on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, so it is safe for ID photos and signatures.
