Is the live photo the same as this upload?
No. NTA captures a live photograph through your webcam or phone during the application, and separately asks you to upload a scanned photograph and signature.
Is my photo uploaded to a server?
No. The image is resized and compressed inside your browser, on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, so it is safe for ID photos and signatures.
